Prime Select

Prime Select™ Vendor Network

Prime Trip Support operates all around the globe and has physical presence in many locations; however, we cannot be everywhere - yet.  Prime Select™ partners represent a crucial part of our international footprint. When we choose a partner, we look for the most robust and professional service providers with longstanding track records of success and strong reputations in the industry.

Prime Select™ partners include, but are not limited to, leaders in various solutions, including ground handlers, FBOs, supervisory agents, lounges, fuelers, transportation providers, security providers, hotels, charter companies, logistics providers, regulatory specialists, and tax experts.

We believe the companies we choose to work with should adhere to the highest quality standards - and that is why our vendor certification process is comprehensive and second-to-none in the industry.

Our partner selection process includes extensive due diligence, including:

  • The vendor’s track record of previous experience handling the market segment
  • The service breadth of the vendor and an audit of their statement of qualifications
  • Ensuring that the vendor and its employees and agents have the proper licensing to perform their functions
  • Customer feedback and analysis of the vendor’s dispute resolution process
  • The vendor’s financial stability, creditworthiness, and years of service in the industry
  • Identifying any potential conflicts of interest, including governmental ties and political leanings
  • The vendor’s access to in-house resources, including operational platforms and staffing
  • Feedback collected by various industry advocacy groups, like NBAA, EBAA, MEBA, etc.
Membership in good standing with the IATA Ground Handling Council
  • Determining if the vendor’s policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices and the Prime Code of Conduct
  • An independent audit of performance, including both positive negative feedback
  • The vendor’s insurance and risk platforms, including any previous claims and/or civil/criminal lawsuits
  • The ability to communicate effectively (read/write) with Prime personnel and our clients
  • The vendor’s morale and ethical policies, including their acceptance of FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery legislation
  • The vendor’s willingness to agree to Prime's Quality of Service (QOS) metrics for on-time delivery, safety, and client satisfaction
