Our team will make sure we address any and all of your concerns, help you find and categorize any documents or information we need, provide onboarding checklists, and, most importantly to alleviate any burdens on your behalf. You will be assigned an operations supervisor to make sure we fully understand your unique needs and requirements, as well as your preferences and desires.

Rest assured, it’s actually a lot less work than you think. Remember, as a service provider, we work for you. Making the transition seamless is the first step in a mutually beneficial relationship. Prime simply asks for an opportunity to show you that our words are true and our abilities are second-to-none. We want to earn your trust and become a longstanding partner with your organization.

Complete the Documents

Please download and complete the documents provided by your sales person.  Prime will work with you to make sure all formalities, including requirements, expectations, and pricing are agreed and documented.

Operational Readiness

Prime will work with you to make sure we have all the documents we need to facilitate your trips.  You will meet your dedicated operations team and go over any and all of your requirements and preferences.

First Trip

Once all the formalities are complete and Prime understands your unique needs and requirements - and most importantly, once you feel comfortable with our team - we are ready for our first trip together.

Feedback

This step will repeat itself throughout your journey with Prime.  During and after each trip, we collect feedback on the things that are going well, and also the things that need to be improved upon.  We adapt and deliver.

Frequently Asked Questions

Typically, new clients should fill out the Credit Check Consent form.  If you will be doing flight planning with Prime, please also fill out the Aircraft Information form.  Your salesperson should direct you to the forms that are most relevant to your operations.  Here is a link to the downloads.

Prime works with each client to determine a pricing menu and structure that makes sense.  Please work with your salesperson on a financial solution that works for you.

Each client is evaluated for credit and has unique credit terms.  Please work with your salesperson to get the net payment terms you need.  Please note that all applicants may not be approved for credit.

Yes!  In addition to your salesperson, you will be assigned someone from Operations who will work with you to make sure that we have everything we need to be successful with your trips.  

With Prime, you have various options.  If you are a ForeFlight Dispatch customer, you can fill out the authorized Flight Service Provider (FSP) form here.  If you are an ARINC Direct customer, please see the Aircraft Information form.  If do not subscribe to either of these services, please fill out the Aircraft Information form to the best of your ability.  Rest assured - we have a solution for all types of clients, regardless of your flight plan provider preferences.

Yes, Mobirise is free for both non-profit and commercial sites.

Prime typically invoices in United States Dollars (USD), however, other currencies are available upon request.

Prime accepts payments through various methods, including wire (bank) transfer, ACH deposit, physical checks, and credit cards.  All major credit cards are accepted.  Please note there is an additional fee to pay via credit card.

Prime has a global network of trusted providers, called Prime Select™ (learn more), that are known to deliver exceptional service. However, if you have a strong connection with a specific handler or provider, in most cases, Prime can work with that vendor on your behalf.  

Our ICAO-compliant AIRCREW idenfication cards are available to all Prime clients.  Please fill out the application here.

Prime Trip Support safeguards your personal information through a combination of administrative, technical, and physical measures. These include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We collect only necessary data—such as identification, travel, financial, technical, and communication details—and retain it only as long as needed or legally required.
