As a Flight Dispatcher at Prime Trip Support, you will serve as the central planning resource for complex international business aviation operations. Your responsibilities include preparing and filing accurate flight plans, analyzing routing options, reviewing NOTAMs, weather data, and airspace restrictions, and coordinating with crews, clients, and international authorities. You will work hand-in-hand with our International Operations Specialists to ensure every trip is legally compliant, operationally efficient, and tailored to the needs of high-level clients flying across the globe.
Success in this role requires strong situational awareness, expert knowledge of international airspace structures, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent trips in high-pressure environments. You'll act as the primary point of contact for the flight crew before and during flight, providing critical updates, rerouting guidance, and contingency planning as needed.
