MyTrip™ Application
The Prime MyTrip™ application is an online portal that displays the current statuses of all of your requests with Prime. From ground handling and permits to hotels and transportation, all of the details are provided in the application. All services are color-coded for easy viewing, and contact information is available for all of your providers. You can download and up-to-date trip brief and itinerary at any time.
All of your information is securely kept using the industry's strongest encryption protocals and protection mechanisms. The system is user-specific and can be customized to unique preferences. Single-sign on (SSO) through Microsoft and Google are also available for companies who want to minimize the use of additional third-party passwords. The platform is ISO 27001 certified and SOC2 compliant.
